About this event

Registration still open on partner site here

Anderson Point Park has long been special to Wake Audubon, so let's join the parks crew to improve habitat by removing invasive plants. We'll also help prepare the park for spring by planting bulbs. Located on the Neuse River, Anderson Point attracts many birds year round. With this project, we'll be making room for native plants to thrive and support wildlife.

Parks staff will provide all of the materials that we need, you just need to show up in close toed shoes and clothes that are suited to the weather and that can get dirty. Bring a water bottle too!

The site has uneven ground.

Parking, water, and restroom are available on site.

Additional details will be provide to registered participants.
