NOVEMBER SISTERHOOD SATURDAY: “ REMEMBERING YOUR SUPERPOWER “
With Guest Speaker Sandra Rifkin
What if the beliefs, roles, expectations, and limitations we’ve accumulated throughout our lives aren’t the whole story of who we are?
In Remembering Your Superpower , author and speaker Sandra Rifkin invites women into an interactive experience of discovering who they are beneath the stories they’ve learned to tell about themselves. Through personal reflection, an experiential exercise, and meaningful small-group conversation, participants explore the difference between living from conditioned beliefs and listening to the deeper wisdom within.
The journey moves from remembering and discovery to conscious choice and creation , inviting each woman to recognize where she may be living smaller than she truly is, reconnect with what she knows to be true about herself, and consider what becomes possible when she begins living from that deeper truth.
What You Will Experience at Sisterhood Saturday:
• Reconnect with your own unique “superpower”
• Explore the difference between mental effort and inner knowing
• Discover where old beliefs may be keeping you small
About Sandra Rifkin
AUTHOR | SPEAKER | TEACHER | PRACTITIONER
Sandra Rifkin is a great-grandmother, author of The Superpower Secret , speaker, teacher, and lifelong explorer of human potential. Since her thirties, she has questioned the cultural beliefs that keep us playing small and dedicated her life to exploring what becomes possible when we move beyond them.
Now 90 years young, Sandy brings decades of lived wisdom, curiosity, and compassionate presence to her work. Through her writing, speaking, and personal work with others, she invites people to reconnect with their innate power, move beyond limiting patterns, and discover more of who they truly are.
First time at Sisterhood Saturday?
A truly unique offering at Unity of the Triangle, Sisterhood Saturday is an interactive women’s ministry led by Unity’s Interfaith minister Rev. Tami Johns . With a spiritual message, music, prayer, reflection, and meaningful dialogue, we invite women of all ages to a sacred space of connection, spiritual growth and renewal.
On the first Saturday of each month, we invite women of all ages to explore your spirituality, express your authentic self, and feel the power of being truly seen. This circle of women holds space for one another. We recommend bringing a journal to capture insights, inspiration, and moments of self-discovery.
Carrying on The Tradition
For generations, women have gathered with their grandmothers, aunts, sisters, and friends to navigate life’s joys and seasons together. Let’s carry on that tradition! Come as you are. Bring the women in your life—or come to find your new circle of sisterhood.
If you’d like to offer feedback or submit a testimonial of your Sisterhood Saturday experience to help spread the word about this ministry, please email Tami.johns@unitytriangle.org.
