Enjoy movement and breath work with 45-minute classic mat pilates sessions at Dix Park . These FREE outdoor classes welcome all experience levels and focus on core strength and stability, coordination, and flexibility.
Meet us in front of the Gipson Play Plaza fountain! Bring a mat, towel, and filled water bottle. Allow yourself a little extra time for parking, we'll get started right at 5:30pm.
