About this event
Level Up your Cadillac class! The Cadillac (Trapeze) provides spring resistance to both support and challenge your body within each exercise. The series kinda makes you feel like a kid again with all the spring suspension and play. The class is moderately paced and options are given to allow students to find their comfort level. Bring out your inner gymnast and come swing, flip, and play on the trapeze!
