Flex Ticket Add-On

$3/person – By purchasing a flex ticket add-on, you have the ability to exchange your ticket to a different night if something comes up! Just contact the ticket office at (919) 687-6500 before the gates open on the day you purchased and you can move your ticket to a new date! Get Tickets

Train Ticket Add-On

$5/person – Reserve your spot on the NC by Train Holiday Express. Train tickets are limited nightly and are sold only as an add-on to the general admission ticket. Ticket is good for one ride on the train for the night purchased. Get Tickets

Luxury Suites

Celebrate the season in your own private, climate-controlled Luxury Suite, the perfect setting for holiday parties, family gatherings, and client entertainment while enjoying the magic of FestiBull of Lights. Catering is available for an additional cost.

Sugar Plum Suite (CBC Suite): $45 per person, minimum 25 people, max 40 people

Snowflake Suite (Suite 8): $35 per person, minimum 20 people, max 30 people

PNC Triangle Club

Perched atop Durham Bulls Athletic Park, the PNC Triangle Club offers a premium indoor holiday experience with stunning panoramic views of the stadium and FestiBull of Lights. What are the event hours?

FestiBull of Lights is open nightly from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The last entry into the park is at 8:30 PM.

What does my ticket include?

All tickets are general admission and include access to all free attractions, such as – Holiday Craft Zone, Photos with Santa & Wool E. Claus, Scavenger Hunt, Letters to Santa, Christmas Tree Alley, Fire Pits, Holiday Slide, Heated Holiday Lounge, and the Jingle Bell Dance Floor.

How can I purchase tickets?

We recommend buying tickets in advance online . You can also purchase them in person at the Bulls Box Office (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) or by phone at 919-687-6500.

Do children need a ticket?

Children 2 years old and under are admitted free and do not require a ticket.

What is the cancellation policy?

If the event is officially canceled due to weather, you will receive an email with instructions on how to exchange your ticket for another available 2026 FestiBull of Lights date (subject to availability). Refunds are not available. To reschedule, bring your original ticket to the Bulls Box Office or call us at 919-687-6500.

Is there a clear bag policy?

Bags or containers larger than 16″ x 16″ x 8″ are not allowed inside Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Bags within the allowed size do not need to be clear, but all bags are subject to search. Diaper bags and medical bags larger than the limit are permitted. Click here for a full list of prohibited items .
