SG Hiking Program – Fall 2026

About this event

Come join us for our Saving Grace’s Hiking program!

Need some morning exercise and want to give a shelter dog a field trip?

This will be a three OR four mile hike on the NC Trails with the SG Hiking Team right down the road from the farm. We are now open to the community for anyone that wants to join us!

Please no outside dogs as the goal is to give our shelter dogs some time outside the facility.

We hope you join us! (weather permitting). Sometimes we will cancel for thunderstorms or if the heat becomes too much – usually 12-24 hours before.

Pre-registration is required and the participation fee of $15 registers you for the hike and includes a harnessed dog to walk. Please make sure to park at the Harris Teeter and walk over, the check in table is located in our parking lot by the front gates.
