A mic, a market, and a whole lot of laughs.

Join us for A Good Time Comedy Open Mic every 1st Saturday at Common Market Durham — where comedy, community, and creative energy come together.

Whether you're ready to take the stage or just want to kick back with a drink and some legendary food, this is your Friday night move. The vibe is casual, the crowd is supportive, and the show is always unpredictable (in the best way).

What to Expect:

Stand-Up That Hits: A mix of local talent and first-timers testing their chops. It’s raw, real, and always entertaining. Drinks That Go Beyond the Basics: Craft beer, wine, creative cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Food Worth Showing Up For: Made-to-order sandwiches like the “Billy Club” and “Smokin’ Hot Mama” plus snacks, grab-and-go, and even ice cream. A Space You’ll Want to Stay In: Part funky bar, part café, part community hub. With indoor and outdoor seating, this place was built for hangouts.
