About this event

This class that is designed to take you through a series of functional movements and exercises. Starting the session with a very thorough evidence-based warm up and mobility exercises to get the whole body warm. Adding some focused strength sets in the middle and then finishight with intense metabolic conditioning. This class is open to all levels of fitness and the workout can be adjusted to meet all of the participants at the level they are currently at and push them to achieve even greater!
