NO DROP RIDE

Born under a bad sign? Then this Scramble™ is for you ! We'll depart MLK Jr Park riding to Hillsborough averaging ~18 mph . Your choice to drive the pace, punch the hills or lay back and draft; just don't ride under any ladders, break any mirrors or cross a black cat on the road! Let's be safe, friendly, call out hazards and show respect to all. We will re-group at major intersections as needed to keep the group together. We'll stop at Kim's Bake Shop (Mile 26.4) for some caffeine, confections and conversation. On the return, feel free to take off for the final 5 miles once we pass Maple View Ice Cream .

No ride if raining or severe threat. All usual Tarwheels rules apply regarding waiver and behavior.
