Join me at Shala Yoga studio after the morning vinyasa class for this facilitated support circle for women in perimenopause or anywhere on the menopausal journey. I will be back from the Menopause Society Meeting with news and insights to share, but mostly I'm here to guide the conversation, provide support, and reassurance.
