About this event

Our next Chef's Voice dinner takes its cue from the blown glass on Vidrio's walls. Each of the five courses is built around a single color, moving from golden hour to dusk the same way the installation does.

You're invited to spend an evening watching the sun set, one plate at a time. Our chef has built five courses around a single color each, taken from the glass sunset on Vidrio's walls, and every shade comes from the ingredients themselves. Pull up a chair. We'll pour the wine.
