Join us for a one-time discipleship offering exploring the holy practice of Sabbath: its scriptural foundations, the ways it has been observed across the Abrahamic faiths, and why this sacred rhythm is more important than ever in today’s world. For many of us (especially busy parents) the idea of intentionally stopping can feel nearly impossible. Yet Sabbath is more than simply rest; it is an act of resistance against the demands of empire, productivity, and a culture that tells us our worth is measured by what we accomplish. Together, we’ll consider how taking small moments of Sabbath rest can become a practice of faith, freedom, and trust.
