Coming to Urban Oak on November 4th at 6:30PM, this wine dinner brings together Spanish-inspired cuisine, thoughtfully curated wines, and sweeping Raleigh views. Start with welcome Cava and passed oysters, then enjoy four courses paired with wines highlighting some of Spain’s iconic varietals.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

Opening Course Azimut Cava Raw Coastal Carolina Oysters Lime “caviar,” pickled chiles, jamón

Second Course Viña Cartín Albariño Pulpo a la Plancha Braised + pan-seared octopus, patatas verde, rosemary gastrique

Third Course Rioja Crianza Seared Scallops Rice cake, crispy pork, preserved lemon + saffron cream

Fourth Course Bodega Epifano or Cartoixa de Montsalvat Lamb Tartare Popped sorghum, crispy bread, smoky stone fruit chutney
