About this event

We’re turning up the intensity with a challenging outdoor workout built around endurance, strength, and a little friendly competition.

For Veterans Day, we’re turning up the intensity with Hills & Pullups! — a challenging outdoor workout built around endurance, strength, and a little friendly competition.

We’ll meet at the Art Center, then head out for a 4-mile workout around Shelley Lake.

THE CHALLENGE

🏃🏾♀️ THE HILL

As we make our way around the lake, we’ll hit the hill for:

5 UP → 5 DOWN

Repeat 5 times.

Run it. Walk it. Push yourself. The goal is to finish.

🌳 THE LAKE

After completing the hill challenge, we’ll finish our loops around Shelley Lake.

💪🏾 THE PULL-UP BAR

At the pull-up station, it’s time to test your upper-body strength.

Choose your challenge and give us your maximum set:

• Pull-ups

• Flexed-arm hang

• Bar hang

• Hanging leg raises

Then we’re going for max reps on:

🔥 Push-ups

🔥 Crunches

And when you think you’re done...

ONE MORE LOOP.

We’ll complete one final loop around Shelley Lake before making our way back to the Art Center.

EVERYONE IS WELCOMED! THIS ONE IS TO CELEBRATE THE VETERANS.

Come ready to move, sweat, challenge yourself, and have a good time with your people.

4 miles. Hills. Pull-ups. Push-ups. Core. One final loop.

You don't have to be the fastest or strongest.

Just come ready to push yourself.

Afterwards, let's have a picnic in the park!
