*Intermediate/Advanced Equipment - pls read description

About this event

Pre-Requisite: We want all of our classes to feel safe and challenging. Pilates equipment experience is required for this class. Even for professional athletes and those with some prior experience, we recommend a private session before enrolling into Inter / Advanced and Advanced equipment classes. If you are new to the studio, please contact the studio to schedule a private to assess your level. IOBT clients - If you are unsure of your level or new to Advanced style classes, please contact the instructor or email the front desk to get instructor approval. Inter/Advanced Equipment moves at a moderate to fast pace and integrates the Classical transitions to create a moderate to fast flow.. We ask that students know their individual modifications (if needed) for any particular exercise they are working on and / or movement restrictions.
