About this event
Join us for Nature Play Day at the North Carolina Museum of Art! This free, drop-in program, held outdoors, invites children aged 7 and younger (but all are welcome) to engage in nature exploration and outdoor play. Come meet us near the Welcome Center, where we'll provide a variety of special materials and supplies, such as fort-building equipment, puppets, costumes, bubbles, and paint, to inspire creativity and fun. A Prairie Ridge play facilitator will be on hand to assist with activities. The event runs from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, so dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared to get messy!
