About this event
The Progressive I+ curriculum features a heavy concentration on conditioning with a focus on learning to climb and invert. There will still be spins and skills incorporated building off of the skills taught in Progressive 1. This course serves as a bridge for students not quite ready for Progressive II but who who wish to expand beyond the skills taught in Progressive I.
