About this event
Learn the entire Pilates system! This class is a creative and energizing blend of Reformer, Cadillac and Low Chair classes. The class rotates weekly to practice to explore the Level 2 exercises on all the equipment. Each piece of equipment builds strength, flexibility, and proprioception in unique ways. In addition to expanding skills, regular experience on each piece promotes an understanding of connections in the Pilates system that enhances the fun and effectiveness of Pilates!
