About this event
Focusing on breath, movement, and community in a beautiful outdoor setting, let the body attune itself to nature with a 50-minute yoga practice.
This class is for all levels, with various options to modify or advance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
Rain or Shine, class will be held under the Pavillion, overlooking the pond.
*Must bring own yoga mat.
*Registration required, but walk-ins welcome.
Energy Exchange: $ Pay what you'd like, Suggested Sliding scale ~ $15.
**All new Yoga participants must fill out Liability & Waiver Release Form before class.
